The company should send an official correspondence indicating the details of the change, including:

If the company name is to be changed, both the old and new company names are to be specified in Arabic and English.
If the trading symbol is to be changed, both the old and new symbols should be specified.
Execution date.
Necessary approvals should be enclosed.
Payment of fees.
Dubai CSD will notify all relevant departments to execute the change on the specified date.
Brokers and custodians licensed with Dubai CSD will be notified of the change via email.
A confirmation letter and Payment receipt is issued to the company.
