The annual fees to be paid by the company to manage the share register of private joint stock companies

Submit an official letter and include the following details:

Company name in Arabic & English
Symbol Code.
Ownership limits.
Details of restrictions on any type of transactions.
Clarification if the company has issued Share Certificates to shareholders.
Founders list with the instruction to lock founders shares for two years since establishment date.
Details of current pledges or Court reservations on companies’ shares.
