This service enables shareholders to transfer their shares from and to Dubai CSD based on the agreement signed between Dubai CSD, the listed company & the company's Registrar.

Transfer Fees: AED 30 per transaction.
Procedures
Procedure for Shares Transfer from Dubai CSD (Withdrawal):
- The investor, its trading member or custodian member must fill the official Deposit / Withdrawal Request Form available at eServices to instruct Dubai CSD to transfer the shares and pay the fees.
- The transaction will be entered and approved in the system.
- A confirmation will be sent to registrar via email with official letter or via shared system on transaction, so that registrar can deposit the shares in other market.
Procedure for Shares Transfer to Dubai CSD (Deposit):
- The Company's Registrar must provide Dubai CSD with an official Deposit Request letter/ request via shared system to transfer the shares to Dubai CSD.
- The investor, its trading member or custodian member must submit the request and pay the fees through eServices.
- The transaction will be entered and approved in the system.
- A confirmation will be sent to registrar via email with official letter or via shared system on transaction.
Required Documents
Requirements for Shares Transfer from Dubai CSD (Withdrawal)
- An official Deposit / Withdrawal Request Form completed and submitted by the investor, its Trading Member, or Custodian Member via eServices including the following details:
- Investor's full name
- DFM Investor Number (NIN)
- Listed company name
- Quantity of shares to be transferred
- Receiving market name
- Investor's account number in the receiving market
- Attachment of request along with Investor's signature (for requests submitted by the trading member only)
- Payment of fees by the investor, its Trading Member, or Custodian Member through eServices
Requirements for shares transfer to Dubai CSD (Deposit)
- An official Deposit Request letter must be received from the company’s Registrar through email or a request through shared system, including the following details:
- Investor's name
- DFM Investor Number (NIN)
- Listed company name
- Quantity of shares to be deposited
- Name of the Trading Member and the underlying account number to which the shares are to be transferred (optional)
- Signature of the authorized person(s) (if any)
- Payment of fees by the investor, its Trading Member, or Custodian Member through eServices
