UAE Nationals and Residents: valid copy of Emirates National ID for the Transferee and Transferor.
Non-residents: valid copy of the passport of the Transferee and the Transferor
True Copy of UAE Family Book or Marsoom if required.
True copy of any other document if required for Non-UAE Nationals (e.g. Birth certificate, Marriage Certificate).
Any document issued from other countries must be authenticated by the official authorities and the UAE Embassy in those countries or by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In addition to specific documentations depending on:

In case of Minor (below 18 years)

The signature of the Guardian (the Father).
Valid copy of the guardian’s Passport (for Residents) or Emirates National ID (for UAE Nationals and Residents)
In case of a guardian other than the father: true copy of duly authenticated guardianship order issued by the court or Notary public.

In case of a Representative/Guardian

UAE National and Residents: valid copy of the UAE National ID.
Non-residents: valid passport copy
Valid copy of a duly authenticated Power of Attorney issued from the court or Notary Public that contains a clear clause relating to ‘waiver in shares for itself or transfer of ownership pf shares to itself and to others.
